This publication is the second report in the series of lessons learnt and best practices in reproductive health supported by UNFPA in 2007. It documents the progress made in improving the health of women and their babies and UNFPA's role. It also points towards the direction needed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) that directly and indirectly impact on maternal and child health. It was published in both English and Vietnamese.
