Implementing the 2016 work plan of the the Project on “Support the Ministry of Health (MOH) in implementing the strategy on Population and Reproductive Health in Vietnam, period 2011- 2020” (VNM8P02) in cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), the project VNM8P02, the MOH is accomplishing the PoA of BCC for Pop/FP in the period 2016-2020 in line with the outline PoA appoved in 2015 approved. To execute this task, the VNM8P02 Project Management Board needs to recruit two (02) local experts supporting the drafting and finalizing this PoA.
