3. 01 national consultant to develop a draft of coordination mechanism on prevention and response to gender-biased sex selection at nation and local level.
According to the 2020 annual workplan of the VNM9P01 project funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the General Office for Population and Family Planning (GOPFP), there are activities contributing to address Gender Biased Sex Selection in Viet Nam. In this context, we are seeking national experts to support GOPFP to undertake the following tasks:
1. Develop a ToR for a qualitative research on factors affecting gender-biased sex selection between regions.
2. Review current interventions on gender-biased sex selection in Viet Nam to provide recommendation/lessons learnt.
3. Develop a draft of coordination mechanism on prevention and response to gender-biased sex selection at nation and local level.
