According to the 2019 annual workplan of the VNM9P01 project funded by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the General Office for Population and Family Planning (GOPFP), there’s an activity on the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework to measure the implementation of the National Scheme on Sex Ratio at Birth Imbalance Control.
