Reproductive Health for Migrant Workers
This publication is the sixth report in the series of lessons learnt and best practices in reproductive health supported by UNFPA in 2007. The report analyses the level of migrant demand for reproductive health care; determines how the provincial Trade Union and Youth Union disseminate reproductive health information; assesses the availability of reproductive health care services. It also proposes recommendations for improved provision of reproductive health information and services to young migrants.
Reproductive Health of H'mong people in Ha Giang province
This publication is the eighth report in the series of lessons learnt and best practices in reproductive health supported by UNFPA in 2007. This report presents the findings of a qualitative research study, conducted in Ha Giang province on the ethnic minority H'mong people living in Meo Vac district. The data analysis situates reproductive health issues in Ha Giang within a broader Vietnamese socio-political context.
Programme Manager's Planning Monitoring & Evaluation Toolkit
The toolkit is a supplement to the UNFPA programming guidelines. It provides guidance and options for UNFPA Country Office staff to improve planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) activities in the context of results based programme management. It is also useful for programme managers at headquarters and for national programme managers and counterparts.

This publication is the first report in the series of lessons learnt and best practices in reproductive health supported by UNFPA in 2007. The study documents lessons learned relating to the formulation and implementation of the first National Standards and Guidelines for Reproductive Health Care Services (NSG). It was published in both English and Vietnamese.
Population Growth in Viet Nam
It is the third in a series of annual booklets on population trends published by UNFPA-Viet Nam. The booklet investigates rising concerns that the sex ratio at birth, or the number of boys born to every 100 girls, is becoming unbalanced, a risk factor that must be addressed now. It was published in September 2007 both in English and Vietnamese.
Achieving the MDGs: UNFPA’s Responses to the Needs of Safe Motherhood and Newborn Care in Viet Nam
This publication is the second report in the series of lessons learnt and best practices in reproductive health supported by UNFPA in 2007. It documents the progress made in improving the health of women and their babies and UNFPA's role. It also points towards the direction needed to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) that directly and indirectly impact on maternal and child health. It was published in both English and Vietnamese.
